Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Casino Plus for your casino-themed entertainment.
We understand that event plans can change, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations and rescheduling are handled for our services.

1. Scope of This Policy

​

This policy applies to all event bookings made with Casino Plus for casino-themed entertainment, including but not limited to dealers, tables, and optional add-on services such as DJs or additional entertainment.

Please note that Casino Plus does not arrange or manage venues, catering, or external vendors. Those arrangements are made directly by the client and are not covered by this policy.

2. Deposits and Payment

​

A deposit is required to confirm your event booking.
Deposits are used to reserve dealers and entertainment staff for your specific date and time, and are deducted from the total balance due for your event. Final payment is typically due on or before the event date, unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations

​

We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, because we schedule and secure professional dealers and staff for your event, late cancellations can result in lost work opportunities for them.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 15 days before the event date: 
    Deposits may be applied as a credit toward a future event within six (6) months of the original date, subject to availability. 
    Credits are non-transferable and must be used for the same client or organization.

  • Cancellations made within 15 days of the event date: 
    Deposits and payments are non-refundable, as Casino Plus will have already committed to staffing and scheduling your event.
     

If a client cancels within 15 days and wishes to rebook, we will make every effort to accommodate a new date; however, additional fees or a new deposit may be required.

​

4. Rescheduling

​

Requests to reschedule an event more than 15 days in advance may be accommodated without penalty, subject to staff and date availability.
If the rescheduled date falls within six (6) months of the original date, the existing deposit will be applied to the new event.

5. No-Shows and Same-Day Cancellations

​

If the client cancels on the day of the event or fails to host the event without prior notice, no refunds or credits will be issued.

​

6. Cancellations by Casino Plus

​

In the rare event that Casino Plus must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, staff emergencies, or safety concerns), clients will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or 

  • The option to reschedule for another available date.

​

We will always make every effort to honor your event and communicate promptly if a cancellation is necessary.

​

7. Force Majeure

​

Casino Plus shall not be liable for any delay or cancellation caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, power outages, or public safety emergencies.
